Fleet Foxes Illustrated Poster
A band poster created in my last year studying design at ATCC.
I was inspired after watching back and forth banter between the lead singer and the sleepy time bear online, needing a subject for my poster for class I saw the aesthetic similarities between the sleepy time bear tea brand and the music of Fleet Foxes.
Production Process
Fleet Foxes Poster
Combining elements of the band and the sleepy time tea bear, I created the initial image on bristol paper using watercolor to lay the base colors down, and adding a layer of detailed colored pencil to really bring it to life. After scanning in the design I added the tour dates and rendered the golden border in Adobe Illustrator.
